Honey Soy Salmon

(It's delicious AF)

What You’ll Need:

4 Salmon fillets

1 bag of Spinach or 8 cups, chopped.

1 red onion, diced.

1 cup of Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of margarine or butter.

1 cup of Soy Sauce.

½ cup of Honey

¼ cup of Calabrian Peppers or any spicy peppers.

½ cup of Cream or Milk or Silk.

Season With:

4 tablespoon of salt

4 tablespoon of pepper

5 tablespoon of garlic

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

In a Ziploc bag or a sealed container add the honey, soy, lemon juice, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Pat the salmon dry and then season all sides with half of the dry seasonings. Place in the marinade mix and make sure it covers/coats each of the fillets. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, but if possible, marinate that shit for 24 hours.

Once the Salmon is ready, coat a shallow baking pan with olive oil and place them skin side down. Place in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 15 mins flipping halfway through.

Heat a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melting the rest of the butter. Add the onion and saute until it softens then add the spinach tossing to make sure it cooks down evenly. Once it's wilted to about ¼ its size add the cream and bring to a boil before reducing to a simmer. Lastly, stir in the peppers, cheese, and last of the dry seasoning until the majority of the cream has reduced.

Boom, that shit is done. Now plate and enjoy!
