(Simple but delicious)
Recently I noticed I spend way too much time at the grocery store. A few key moments stood out such as noticing when a product has been moved or all the cashiers knowing me by name. The big one was having spent so much money that I received a big-ass picnic Ham for free! What You’ll Need:
4 slices of Hickey Smoked Ham
1 tablespoon of Spicy ground Mustard
1 teaspoon of Mayonaise
2 slices of Provolone Cheese
1 cup of Arugula
2 slices of Tomato
1/4th a sliced Red Onion
2 slices of Sourdough bread
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of olive vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
What That Taste Like?

Start by sprinkling your sourdough bread slices with olive oil and a pinch of salt & pepper and toast for 1 -2 minutes.
Take the toasted bread and add your mustard to one side and mayonnaise to the other.
Next, begin layering the ingredients on one side in the order of cheese, ham, arugula, onion, and tomato, and sprinkle with a bit of salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar.
Close the Sandwich and slice down the middle. Dig in!
