Sub Sammiches - The Hoagie

(Yummy AF)





What You’ll Need:

4 Large soft Hoagie Rolls

1lb of Salami, sliced

1lb of Ham, sliced

1lb of Chicken Breast, sliced

½ lb of provolone cheese

½ cup of shredded lettuce

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 large tomato, thinly sliced

1 pickle, thinly sliced



Season With

½ cup of extra virgin olive oil

½ cup of red wine vinegar

½ teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of pepper

½ cup of stone-ground mustard


Remember, you can change and substitute with any ingredients you already have at home.

  1. Slice the rolls down the middle and prop open then use a butter knife to load in some of the mustard on both sides.

  2. Starting with the cheese, layer a few slices down the center followed by ¼ of each of the deli meat. Be sure to stagger/layer the meat so it covers most of the roll.

  3. Next, add a few slices of tomatoes and pickles to each roll and follow with a hand full of the shredded lettuce.

  4. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over each of the sandwiches and then drizzle the oil and vinegar and voila. You have yourself a delicious ass sandwich.


Optional: Add some pepperoncini peppers for a flavorful kick.
