Stuff Your Face With Jumbo Stuffed Shells!
I bet you love pasta just as much as I do, and if you're crazy enough not to then this dish will hopefully bring you around. Like most of my recipes, it's easy AF to make and won't take you longer than 30 minutes to make. Try it for dinner this week and let me know how you like it.
What You’ll Need:
1 pound of cooked sausage, preferably andouille, diced or ground.
1 cup of spinach
1/2 a red onion diced
1/2 a cup of mushrooms diced
1 cup of sour cream.
3 cups of Parmesan cheese
4 cups of tomato sauce
1 box of Jumbo Pasta Shells
2 tablespoon of Salt
2 tablespoon of Pepper
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of Garlic
1 teaspoon of cajun seasoning
Boil the shells in a large pot of water for about 7 mins then drain that shit and set aside to cool.
Heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a large baking pan with vegetable oil.
In a large mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix it up until it's completely blended.
Grab a spoon, gently stuff your shells with the mixture. Once all are stuffed cover that shit in tomato sauce.
Pop it in the oven for about 35 mins and boom you're done. Add a bit more parmesan and parsley to the top for decoration and dig in.
