What You’ll Need:
4 Salmon Fillets
1 lb of Asparagus
2 cups of sliced Mushrooms
1 whole Red Onion, sliced
2 tablespoon of Salt
2 tablespoon of Pepper
2 tablespoons of Garlic
1 tablespoon of Dill
1/2 cup of Lemon Juice
Heat your oven to 400 degrees with a thin baking pan inside.
In a large mixing bowl, add all your veggies and half of all the seasoning. Stir that sh*t up until everything is coated.
Next, grab your salmon and use a paper towel to pat dry, remove any moisture.
Use the rest of your seasoning mix and rub it into all sides of your fillets.
Once everything is seasoned and the sheet pan is hot, place the fillets in the middle with the skin side down and spread the veggies evenly around them.
Pop that bad boy back in the oven and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Your fish should turn out firm but flakey and tender in the middle.
