Let's face it, we ate so much last week we probably gained 5lbs and feel bloated AF. The best way to deal with that is to hit the gym of course (no days off), but you can also counteract some of that with a delicious ass detox juice. Now I know some people think detox drinks are a hoax or are disgusting but I'm telling you it's not as bad as you think and the benefits can be amazing. Some fresh ingredients feed the body and help the digestive system while others are just so damn tasty. Try my morning recipe for what I'm calling "The Green Machine" and I swear you will have energy and feel great throughout the day.
What You’ll Need:
4 Kale Leaves
2 Collard Green Leaves
2 Inches of Ginger Root
1 Cucumber
2 Granny Smith Apples
1/2 Lemon
Slice into thin pieces and add into your juicer starting with the dry/rough ingredients. If you don't have a juicer a blender works just fine. Just blend and strain out the pulp once done. Enjoy.
