I f*cking love sushi! Not only is it delicious, but it's also rich in essential fats, calcium, and protein, all of which you need in your daily diet. Even more, it's so low in calories that you can eat this shit every day and still be in great shape. Today is International Sushi Day so if you haven't had it in a while go get you a roll or two. If you haven't tried it you should, you might love it as much as I do.
