Here's Your Juneteenth Menu
(Cause we have to turn up the right way)
Juneteenth is officially a national holiday and what better way to celebrate than with some delicious ass food! If you're not familiar June 19th or Juneteenth is the day the last slaves in Texas were notified they were free and of course to people of color this is a huge deal, hence this day has become a day of celebration. And how do we celebrate? With dope-ass food!
Since it's summer, and we're already talking about Texas, there's only one menu that we need to see and it's none other than BBQ. Smokey, savory, tangy, lovely BBQ. Check the list below and get to the grocery store so we can celebrate the ancestors the right way.
