The hardest part of eating healthy is managing snack cravings throughout the day and fighting our desire to grab a Snickers or bag of Flamin’ Hot chips and it doesn't go away regardless of the satisfying meals we eat around those cravings. Sure, if you're super disciplined it may come easier to resist the donuts on your counter but eventually, that box will end up in your belly and you're healthy eating goals are out the window. Don’t worry though, I have your back with this list of amazingly healthy snacks that will satisfy the f*ck out of your cravings. Zero Everything Yogurt - I discovered this amazing brand of yogurt, Oikos, that has 0 fat and 0 added sugars but includes 20 grams of protein and on top of that, it's creamy and delicious. You can grab these from most grocery stores in place of ice cream or you can make your own with this recipe.


Trail Mix - This one is a no-brainer. The variety of nuts provide energy, the fruit provides nutrients and flavor, and the small number of candies gives you a punch of sugar without going overboard. Perfect to satisfy a mid-meal craving and won't hurt your waistline.


Protein Bars - Another product I swear by are One protein bars! They have less than a gram of sugar but a variety of flavors like maple donuts, birthday cake, almond coconut, and many more.
